Memo: Regarding Instructional Materials for Delivery
Dear Students and Families,
Your child’s safety, nutrition and instruction is our top priorities. We appreciate your patience and support during these difficult times.
We have contacted each household regarding food delivery as part of our breakfast and lunch programs. If you have requested food delivery at this time, we will deliver tomorrow, Thursday, March 19th between 9am and 11am. Families who have requested food will meet the bus at your residence. If you would like to be added to the food delivery list, please call the school at 518-597-3285 or email us at info@cpcsteam.org and we will deliver to you at the next available date. At this time, we plan to deliver food on Tuesday and Thursday each week between 9am and 11am.
Your child’s teachers, assistants and aides have been preparing instructional materials to be sent home weekly beginning this Friday, March 20th. We deliver to your residence between 9am and 11am each Friday. Someone will need to pick up the materials at the bus door. We need our contact to be limited and our stops to be brief. We are practicing social distancing to make sure we all stay healthy. We will not pick up materials or completed work at this time. Please continue to save your child’s work for pick up at a later date.
Please know that it is very important to continue your child’s school work. Don’t be overwhelmed by the amount of materials you may receive. We are giving you many tasks that students would complete each school day. You will receive various amounts of work, depending on your child’s grade or schedule. We will continue to send instructional materials as they are prepared and send you information as needed.
